Our goal is to empower you and your team to perform professional-grade decision modeling yourselves. We do not only cover the basic shapes and symbols, but also instruct you with a modeling methodology and stylistic conventions from the famous Method and Style training by Bruce Silver and Associates.
Students will learn how to model “end-to-end” decision logic in a Decision Requirements Diagram (DRD), how to define executable logic for each decision node in the diagram using decision tables, and how to properly link the DMN model with an associated BPMN process model.
