Founded in 1996, Trisotech is a worldwide leader in digital modeling and automation.
We are seeking a dynamic Modeling and Automation Expert to join our industry-leading SaaS software team.
The selected candidate will become an expert user of our Trisotech Digital Enterprise Suite that allows to model and automate workflows, cases and decisions. Analyzing and developing exciting model-driven automation projects is a major part of this role.
The solution architect interacts daily with our users to guide them in the usage of our platform through various types of engagement.
We are seeking someone that want to broaden an existing technical knowledge to a variety of new domains and technologies.
The salary will be based on work experience, we will consider motivated candidates that do not perfectly fit the ideal profile.
Major responsibilities
  • Help our users with their technical questions about our product and services.
  • Analyze and create model-driven automated process, cases and decisions.
  • Train and mentor customers and partners to optimize the way they use our products to achieve their goals.
  • Assist the sale team with technical knowledge to narrow down the right solution for potential and existing customers.
  • Create industry-specific content to provide example implementations using Trisotech best practices.
  • Test new versions of the product to make sure it meets users’ requirements.
  • Write technical and user documentation.
Ideal Profile
  • A Computer Science related degree or strong technical experience
  • 0 to 5 years of working experience in IT
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with business process, case and decision standards (BPMN, CMMN, DMN)
  • Desire to learn new skills and technologies
  • Technological knowledge in the following areas:
    • REST API
    • Event architectures (kafka, rabbit mq, …)
    • Data structures (JSON, XML, database schemas)
    • Container technologies (Kubernetes)
    • Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure, …)
Location: Mostly remote work from the Montreal area
