General Manager - Software Division

The Software Division General Manager’s role is to plan, organize, coordinate and control the smooth running of operations. He is responsible for ensuring the division's efficiency and profitability. This includes:

• In collaboration with the senior management team, determine, implement, maintain and adapt the mission and strategic direction of our software solutions.
• With the help of the Sales Manager, coordinate sales and marketing efforts to stimulate expansion into new markets.
• Coordinate material, human and financial resources.

Who we are looking for

• Multidisciplinary person
• 3 to 5 years management experience
• Perfectly bilingual (spoken and written) (english and french)
