Bug fixes:

• Method and Style Decision Table analysis on table that generates a very large number of gaps and overlaps can pressure the memory of the suite above the threshold.
• It is now possible to use multiple audience and issuers for Digital Distributed Containers using OAuth2 tokens.
• Improved the error message returned through a WWW-Authenticate header for invalid Bearer tokens (returning 401).
