Bug fixes:

• Signal links in emails could not trigger properly if the user was not a performer of the environment.
• The RabbitMQ connector could consume an unreasonable number of threads resulting in excessive resource consumptions.
• Re-using an element named using a term defined in a different graph could lead to a term not found issue.
