Bug fixes:

• In the test panel for cases, processes could show a dialog to require inputs even if those were already mapped.
• Support namespaced email claim in OIDC tokens for Digital Distributed Container authorization using OpenID.
• The requirement packaging for a Business Knowledge Package (BKP) or a promotion could consume a larger than expected amount of memory and resources.
• The Trisotech managed places (Trisotech Examples, EU-Rent, Healthcare) were still available if they were already configured but could not be removed.
