Digital Enterprise Suite – Release Notes – February 6th 2025

New and improved features:

• A wizard now allows to link terms in a model to a Knowledge Entity Model.
• A new Orientation Onboarding eLearning is available to administrators.
• It is now possible to restrict or dynamically define an enumeration when using a user task.
• Data types can now be filtered by tags.
• The model search now allows to search by tag.
• Support assuming roles for AWS Service Accounts.
• Case File items can now be used in the data output mapping of case tasks.
• When dropping a data type from on the canvas, the header will now better fit the size of the name.
• Sticky notes size is now optimized when creating them from Ideation or using the AI brainstorm.
• A warning will now let you know that you have unsaved work when leaving the modeler without saving.
• The last environment and group used for publication to the Digital Automation Suite is now kept for future publications.

Bug fixes:

• Data type enumeration reused through the graph did not guarantee the order of the elements.
• Collection and range of simple types could report errors where there were none using the always validation.
• Automatically fix some BPMN XML serialization mistakes commonly made by other modelers such as jBPM when importing into the Workflow Modeler.
• Improved the import of BPMN XML label positioning for models exported by other vendors.
• Fixed an issue preventing the proper data mapping of error events with assigned types.
• It is not possible anymore to delete case file items from the data mapping dialog.
