In this role, Stefaan will lead Trisotech’s strategic expansion in banking, insurance, and financial services markets, leveraging his deep domain expertise to help institutions harness decisioncentric orchestration for compliance, automation, and operational agility.

Stefaan has a long track record in banking and insurance transformation. He has authored thought leadership on applying case-decision-process methodology to modernize fulfillment operations across banking, lending, claims, and financial services workflows. Prior to joining Trisotech, Stefaan led consulting and advisory engagements tailored to regulatory clarity, process efficiency, and digital agility for financial institutions. His background aligns with Trisotech’s mission to enable powerful, standardsbased, decisiondriven automation across sectors.

In his new capacity, Stefaan will work closely with Trisotech executive leadership, including CEO & CTO Denis Gagné, to shape product capabilities and gotomarket initiatives targeting BFSI. His mandate includes guiding financial services clients on implementing the Trisotech Digital Enterprise Suite to address regulatory, customer service, and process orchestration challenges, turning complex rules and cases into manageable, automated workflows.
